The site is currently the subject of a planning application awaiting determination for a mixed use scheme comprising a petrol filling station, convenience store and coffee shop (all under offer to a major operator), together with remaining opportunities for the development of a hotel, pub/restaurant, offices, day nursery and light industrial/trade counter uses.

Once planning is secured commencement of the first phase of enabling works will take place.
