A 90 acre former colliery spoil site on the outskirts of Nottingham close to junction 26 of the M1
Once the remediation and reclamation works have been completed the site will be redeveloped for 500-600 new homes. The site abuts Phoenix Park park and ride site on the A610 (a major arterial route into Nottingham) and as such represents a wholly sustainable location for a residential development of this scale.
