The development is located on the Corringham Road Industrial Estate in Gainsborough, positioned just off the A631 to the west of the town centre
With an existing estate comprising a range of warehouses and industrial units totalling over 220,000 sq ft, planning consent has now been granted for the development of 5 new high quality trade units totalling circa 25,000 sq ft.
Construction of the new units is expected to start shortly alongside the refurbishment of the existing units to provide a development with opportunities for both national and regional operators.
