Retail & Commercial Project completed

The Old Mill Lane site in Mansfield was worked on by Strawsons Property which has been in business for more than 50 years.

In May it was revealed that Screwfix and bakery business Greggs had agreed to take space at the development.

Adam Jones of Strawsons Property said: "There is a great demand for high quality commercial units in Mansfield and we’re delighted to welcome Screwfix and Greggs as tenants to our Old Mill Lane site in deals that we see as indicative of the strong location and high specification of the estate."

"We quickly identified Screwfix as perfect tenants for the proposed units and terms were swiftly achieved.

"This is one of a number of new site announcements for Screwfix this year and forms part of the company’s aggressive expansion plans which has seen them take on more staff and broaden their presence in the Midlands."
